Refund & Return Policy
At MRH, we take pride in delivering high-quality air purification systems designed for performance and reliability. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following policy explains our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
The product has not been installed or customized for a specific site.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refunds after inspection.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@mrhtech.in or call +91 99969 99260 with your order details and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process and shipping arrangements.
3. Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banking or transaction delays may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, MRH will replace it at no additional cost. You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery, including photos or a short description of the defect. A replacement will be shipped promptly after verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Products that have been installed or used.
Customized or site-specific installations.
Consumables such as filters once opened or used.
